Terms
FMEPM Connect is a service built and operated by Fred Mamadjanov through FMEPM, a business name of an Ontario corporation. It connects your AI assistant to Oracle Cloud EPM and carries out the requests your access and your organization's policies allow.
Beta service
FMEPM Connect is new and is offered in Beta. You are among its first users, and FMEPM is grateful for your trust. The service was built for finance teams who want to adopt AI with Oracle EPM carefully: every call is checked against your policies, risky changes wait for your confirmation, and every call is logged. During Beta, some features may change and some may be withdrawn. The service is provided as is. FMEPM cannot yet promise continuous availability or that every answer is correct, so please verify results before relying on them. For that reason, paid plans during Beta can be cancelled at any time. If something does not work, write to support@fmepm.com. Every message is read, and a reply usually follows within one business day. During Beta that is a commitment of effort rather than a guarantee, and FMEPM works hard to honour it.
Your responsibilities
You must have permission to connect your Oracle environment and to use its data. Keep your Oracle credentials safe and add them only through the Connect page, never in a chat or an email. Use the Oracle roles and connector policies your organization approves; those choices, and the actions you request, are your responsibility. Review each proposed change before you confirm it, and follow your organization's rules and the terms of your Oracle and AI services.
Stopping and cancellation
You may stop using FMEPM Connect at any time by removing it from your AI client's settings. An organization admin can cancel a paid plan through the billing provider, which shows when the plan ends, or ask support for help. The privacy policy explains account data and deletion.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, FMEPM is not liable for indirect losses, and its total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
